Shipping is free for all destinations worldwide.

Change of Address Policy

Müşteriler, siparişi verdikten sonraki 24 saat içinde müşteri hizmetlerimizle iletişime geçerek teslimat adreslerini değiştirebilirler. Bir sipariş gönderildikten sonra teslimat adresi değiştirilemez. Bu 2 ifadeden hangisi önce gelirse o geçerlidir.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Parcels Damaged in Transit Policy 

 

If you find your parcel damaged in transit, please report it to us within 5 business days of receiving the shipment.

We may require photo evidence of the damaged goods to process your claim.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or credit for any items proven to be damaged in transit.
