Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.

Orders in the USA are now expected to arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS

Delivery is expected within 10-20 days from the date of purchase, subject to customs clearance. 

We offer worldwide shipping, including to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

Shipping is free for all destinations worldwide.

Change of Address Policy

Customers can change their delivery address by contacting our customer service within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. These 2 statements work whichever comes first.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct at the time of purchase.

Shipping Cancellation Policy

 

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without incurring any fees.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Customers may return the product after receiving it, subject to our return policy.

Parcels Damaged in Transit Policy 

 

If you find your parcel damaged in transit, please report it to us within 5 business days of receiving the shipment.

We may require photo evidence of the damaged goods to process your claim.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or credit for any items proven to be damaged in transit.
